1. What is working process of large scale soybean oil production line?
As oil content in soybean is roughly 17-20% , the working process including 4 main section: prepartion section, press section, solvent extraction section and refinery.
Preparation section : in this section, the impurites will be removed such as leave, dust, stone and metal. And then the soybeans will be crushed into small granules.The granuels will go to cooking machine, the cooking machine make the best condition in hardness and temprature.
Pressing section: Rude oil will be get from oil extractor, our engineer will equipe differnt pressing machine according customers’ raw materials, requirements capacity.
Solvent extraction: This part is mainly for lower oil content raw materials, such as soybean, rice bran and so on, and large capacity cooking oil production line, the buyer want to extract oil in oil cake. After this processing , the oil content in oil cake will less than 1%. That means you will extract 99% oil from raw materials.
Refinery: Rude oil often contents glue, water, color and odor During this processing, we will remove above mentioned impurities in rude oil, making the refined cooking oil is more healthy and beautiful.

The refined cooking oil parameter can be reach Chinese national standard and access into supermarket and export standard. If you have special dmeand, please tell us your demand for the final cooking oil. Our engineer will make design for you.
